Provided is a blank guide device for a flexible roll forming system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the blank guide device for a flexible roll forming system comprises: an upper plate and a lower plate in which guide posts are installed in each corner part of a rectangle in an upper part and a lower part; a lower roller unit installed by inserting each of the corner parts of a lower slide plate into each of the guide posts, and provided with a plurality of lower rollers gear-engaged with each other along a processing direction on a lower roller housing on the lower slide plate; an upper roller unit installed by inserting each of the corner parts of an upper slide plate into each of the guide posts, and provided with a plurality of upper rollers corresponding to each of the lower rollers and gear-engaged with each other along a processing direction in an upper roller housing installed in a lower side of the upper slide plate; a drive motor formed on one side of the lower slide plate to connect a rotary shaft to a lower roller shaft of one lower roller in a plurality of the lower rollers, transferring a rotary driving force; and a position adjustment means formed on the upper plate, adjusting a position of the upper roller by raising and lowering the upper slide plate by the drive of the motor, wherein the position adjustment means is fixated downwards and installed in a center of an upper face of the upper plate, and includes a screw motor in which a rotary shaft is formed by a screw shaft to be fastened with the screw housing on the upper slide plate and a load sensor which detects a load applied to a blank material formed between the upper slide plate and the screw housing to pass between the upper and the lower roller units, outputting a load value signal to a controller. |
