PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject washer having excellent surface smoothness and sliding properties at a low cost without necessitating post-annealing treatment by using a resin composition composed of a crystalline polyimide resin having a specific recurring structure unit, carbon black, a polyimide compound and a polyaryl ether ketone resin. SOLUTION: The objective washer is produced by molding a resin composition composed of 100 pts.wt. of a crystalline polyimide resin of the formula I (X1 is direct bond, SO2 or the like; R1 , R2 , R3 and R4 are each H, an alkyl or the like; Y is a group of the formula II or the like) (preferably, Aurum (R); a product of Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals, Inc.: melting point, 338 deg.C) and 0.2-200 pts.wt. of at least two components selected from carbon black (having a crystallite size Lc in C axis of 1-20 nm), a bisimide compound (preferably, the compound of the formula III) and one or more resins selected from 4 kinds of polyaryl ether ketone resins at a mold temperature of >=250 deg.C. |
