PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system which can take reliable information on paper quality out of a paper sheets processor by providing the paper sheets processor equipped with a detecting means for the information regarding the paper quality of paper sheets and a transmitting means for the detected information, and a receiving means for the sent information regarding the paper quality, etc. SOLUTION: A paper quality decision value decided by a paper quality deciding means of the paper sheet processor (bill feeding device) 10, a mechanical state decision value decided by a mechanical state deciding means, and performance data decided by a performance sensor are sent to a computer 13 through a communication line 12. The computer 13 calculates the value of the most suitable control parameter from respective pieces of information of an optimized engine by, for example, genetic algorithm, composes control parameters controlling the mechanism part with the values, and sends the control parameters to the bill feed device 10 through the communication line 12. The bill feed device 10 changes the current parameters into new control parameters and also changes mechanism adjustment values to perform a feed process. |
