A cosmetic liquid is disclosed effective for acne and reduced skin irritation. 2-[2-(3-heptyl-4-methyl-2-thiazoline-2-iridine) methane -3-heptyl-4-methyl thiazolinium iodide (photo protecting pigment 201, Pionine) is used as much as 0.0001-0.002% weight, the camphor is used as much as 0.001-0.5% weight for reducing skin irritation, and the salicylic acid is used as much as 0.001-0.5% weight for improving cornified skin. For anti-bacterial and psychological purpose, 0.001-1.0% weight of one or two kinds of clove bud absolute, clove leaf oil, or clove steam oil. To further improve the effect, 0.001-1.0% weight of one or two kinds of myrrh absolute, myrrh oil, or myrrh resinoid. 1.0-50.0% weight of ethanol is used for stabilization and optimum effect.
