摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the normal output of a solar cell panel in the installation of a solar-electric power generation. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor TS is attached to a solar cell sensor PB, and the solar cell sensor PB is arranged closely to an installed solar cell panel PA. Generated power detected by the solar cell sensor PB and the temperature sensor TS and the module temperature of the solar cell sensor PB are inputted to a CPU 2, and the maximum output value of the solar cell panel PA under the reference conditions of the announced irradiance 1000 W/m2 and spectral distribution AM 1.5 of the solar cell panel PA is inputted to the CPU 2 by a ten-button keypad 4 to perform computations, and a computed value is taken as the normal output of the solar cell panel PA. By comparing the normal output value with an output value displayed on a panel output meter 7 attached to a solar-electric power generating device, it is possible to know whether the solar cell panel is normally functioning or not.</p>
