PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device of neutral point type with which a high frequency voltage is generated having a high voltage and a small waviness. SOLUTION: A commercial power source is connected with a rectifier DB through a low-pass filter LPF, and a series circuitry of smoothing capacitor Cs and voltage-dividing capacitors C1 and C2 and a series circuitry of switching elements Q1 and Q2 are connected in parallel with the output of the rectifier DB. Diodes D1 and D2 are put in inverted parallel connection with the switching elements Q1 and Q2, respectively, and a driver circuit DR is connected with the switching elements Q1 and Q2. A load circuit R consisting of a parallel circuitry of an inductor Lo, fluorescent lamp LT, and resonance capacitor C4 is connected between the connecting point of the capacitors C1 and C2 and the connecting point of the switching elements Q1 and Q2. The inductor Lo is put in the boosting inverter operation by turning on and off the switching elements Q1 and Q2 so that a stable and high-voltage high frequency voltage is generated at the ends of the inductor Lo. |
