PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reproducing low amount of information contents and high amount of information contents of an image or sound according to the selection by a user side. SOLUTION: Image or sound information is divided into a plurality of information contents obtained by reducing amount of information so as to lower image quality or sound quality, and a plurality of the divided information contents are respectively made to be reproducible into the case of single low amount of information and into the case of high amount of information obtained by combining the entire portions or portions of the plurality of information contents.
