PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance selling system capable of having a good command of IT technology while keeping a merit of counter selling. SOLUTION: If a customer intending to purchase insurance voice inputs insurance application data about this application in an insurance selling device 12, the voice that is sent from the insurance selling device 12 to a center terminal 22 through a communication line. In the center terminal 22, on the basis of the voice data, an insurance expert inputs insurance application data from an inputting portion to make character data. The character data is displayed by display portion of the center terminal, and sent to the insurance selling device 12 to be simultaneously displayed in an display portion of the insurance selling device 12. The customer can check whether the application data is properly inputted or not by seeing the display portion. |
