<p>PURPOSE:To have an automatic assembly and inspection of a master-cylinder- operated oil hydraulic braking device for a car by using a cylinder device provided at its side walls with a specific air communication hole. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 5 is provided for building-in and inspection of a piston complete equipped with a cup seal, not illustrated, which is to be built in the master cylinder body 7. That is to say, first the piston complete is pushed for location at the specified position in the cylinder 5 with the aid of a rod 26, and the ends of the cylinder 5 are closed by push pieces 28, 32, and air holes in the sealing material 37 are arranged in the communication holes 17-21 in the cylinder 5. With this condition held, the inspection for piston complete shall be made. Then the cylinder 5 housing a piston complete judged acceptable is coupled solidly with the body 7 through a guide member 73 at the next stage, and the piston complete set inside by air pressure is fitted in the body 7.</p> |
