PURPOSE:To arrange in a row and display images and to observe the images while comparing them by providing an image memory for storing image data and plural image display unit composed of an image display part which displays data from the image memory, and transferring and interchanging information from a console panel. CONSTITUTION:External image data is stored in an image memory 21 through an image input part 1. Data from the memory 21 is displayed on an image display part 41 through a display control part 31. When an operator performs image processing such as gradation conversion, etc., the operator operates the console panel 5 to put an image processing part 7 in charge of the processing and the data from the memory 21 is replaced with data after the processing, so that an image after the processing is displayed on the display part 41 through the control part 31. When there is another image to be observed, the operator operates the console panel 5 to control a transfer control part 6, the data in the memory 21 is transferred to an image memory 22 and displayed on an image display part 42 through a display control part 32, new image data is stored in the memory 21 and displayed on the display part 42, so that the images are displayed while compared. The console panel 5 is provided with a character CRT 5a, where the retrieval result and list of data are displayed. |
