<p>PURPOSE:To effectively execute the de-phosphorization in molten metal containing Cr, by executing the injection of inert gas and flux having mainly CaC2 and CaSi into the molten metal containing Cr charging in a vessel under inert gas atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal containing Cr is charged in the vessel, to make under inert gas atmosphere. Under such a condition, the inert gas is injected on the surface of molten metal containing Cr and also the flux containing mainly CaC2 and CaSi are injected, to execute the de-phosphorization. In this way, the de-phosphorization is effectively executed and the evaporating loss of Ca is made to a little and the cost of melting is reduced.</p> |
