Bisphosphonate formulation

Disclosed is a formulation for treatment of osteoporosis, comprising a bisphosphonate in combination with at least 20 mg of an antifoaming agent to reduce foam formation in a patient's stomach. Also disclosed is a kit comprising said formulation and the use of the formulation in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of osteoporosis.
