摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent engine stop accompanying hard braking by constituting a lockup valve out of a movable valve body and an energized spring, and making an arrangement that the movable valve body may be set in the open position of a lockup clutch by application of a pilot pressure and may be set in the closed position of the lockup clutch by release of the pilot pressure. CONSTITUTION:A torque converter line 202 from a regulator valve is connected to a lockup valve 201, and a control line 203 of the main line is connected to one side of a control port 201b. When a lockup solenoid valve 204 is set on by the signal (+) of a control circuit 200, a spool 201a is shifted to the right by means of a spring (not shown in figure), and communication is made between the torque converter line 202 and the line 205, closing a lockup clutch. When the solenoid valve 204 is set on, the control pressure is introduced into the control port 201b, and the spool 201a shifts to the left, opening the lockup clutch.
