PURPOSE:To carry out stable deburring work by vertically moving a deburring means through a copy blade constituting a cam to cooperate with a cam follower during the time when a mobile jig to load a processed article with an R surface shape and furnished with the cam follower moves. CONSTITUTION:When a processed article 200 with an R surface shape such as a television frame and others is placed on a mobile jig 51 and horizontally moved, a cam follower 95 installed on the mobile jig 51 is engaged between copying plates 141, 142 in accordance with the inverse form of the processed article 200, and in accordance with advance movement of the cam follower 95, the copying plates 141, 142, that is, a plate holder 147 is vertically moved. Vertical movement of this plate holder 147 is transmitted to a movable frame 135 through a guide shaft 36, and electrically driven deburring tools 202, 202 supported by the movable frame 135 and supporting an endless sand paper 201 free to revolve is moved vertically. Consequently, it is possible to carry out deburring along an R surface of the processed article 200. |
