PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place concrete without forming a clearance between a plate and the concrete, without filling shrinkage-compensating mortar and without using large-scale concrete placing pipe support hardware when placing the concrete on the lower side of the plate. SOLUTION: This concrete placing fixture is provided with a concrete placing pipe 4 connected to a concrete supply pipe, and a concrete placing pipe support frame 5 fixed to a base plate 2 and supporting the concrete placing pipe. A tapered connecting rubber tube 6 is fitted to the tip of the concrete placing pipe 4, and the connecting rubber tube 6 is fitted in a close contact state with a hole 2a of the base plate 2.
