<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a cart for improving racing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This tire is provided with a carcass 6 made of at least one sheet of carcass ply 6A and a belt layer 7 arranged outside the carcass 6 and inside a tread part 2. The carcass ply 6A has carcass cords made of organic fibers arranged by being inclined to a tire equator C at an angle of 50 to 90°. The belt layer 7 is made of at least one sheet of belt ply 7A made of organic fiber cords arranged on the tire equator C at an angle≤5°. In the tread part 2, tread rubber 11 having 300% modulus of 1.5 to 5.0 MPa is arranged. In a tread surface 2A in a meridian section including a tire shaft, a region having 60 to 100% of a belt width BW with the tire equator C as a center forms a straight surface 13 substantially perpendicular to tire equatorial plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
