<p>The invention relates to a prosthesis for promoting the in vivo reconstruction of a hollow organ or a portion of a hollow organ, characterised in that it comprises: a biodegradable hollow tubular bearing including at least one biocompatible and biodegradable polymer material, said bearing having an outer porous layer and an inner substantially non-porous layer and a material from a living biological origin on the outer surface and/or inside at least one portion of the porous layer of said bearing and/or on the surface of the substantially non-porous layer opposite the porous layer, wherein said material from a biological origin is selected so as to allow the in vivo reconstruction of said organ or said portion of the organ. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a prosthesis and to the medical applications thereof in particular for reconstructing a portion at least of a hollow tubular organ, in particular the oesophagus.</p> |
