PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a transparent electric conductor for producing a transparent electric conductor having a high production efficiency (vapor deposition velocity) that is excellent in light permeability and humidity resistance in a high temperature and humidity environment.SOLUTION: In a production method of a transparent electric conductor, at least a first high refractive index layer, a transparent metal layer, and a second high refractive index layer are formed on a transparent substrate in that order. The first high refractive index layer contains a sulfide, while the second high refractive index layer contains a metal oxide. All layers of the first high refractive index layer, the transparent metal layer, and the second high refractive index layer are formed by a vapor deposition method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
