PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a hybrid type vehicle excellent in energy saving and capable of maintaining comfortableness of an occupant. SOLUTION: A heater core 18 with hot water after cooling an engine 40 serving as a heat source and a sub-condenser 12 with a high temperature refrigerant by a heat pump serving as a heat source are arranged inside an air conditioning duct 8. In a control part 30, in case of operating the engine 40, heating is performed by the heater core 18, on the other hand, when the engine 40 is stopped, an electric motor-driven compressor 52 is operated, the high temperature refrigerant is guided to the sub-condenser 12, air circulating inside the air conditioning duct 18 is heated. The control part 30, here during the time of a temperature of the refrigerant circulating inside the sub-condenser 12 leading to a heating value sufficient for performing heating, holds the engine 40 in an idling operation condition to guide cooling water to the heater core 18, and the heater core 18 and the sub-condenser 12 are concurrently used to perform heating operation. |
