PURPOSE: To provide a transfer sheet of an excellent shelf life capable of being commonly used for ink jet recording paper which has little bronzing phenomenon and transfer paper for electrophotography by a method wherein a printed product of high density is obtained even when printing is carried out by an ink jet recording system using water-color ink in which dye is directly blended. CONSTITUTION: For a transfer sheet capable of being commonly used for ink jet recording paper and transfer paper for electrophotography, spindle-shaped calcium carbonate obtained by reacting carbon dioxide gas obtained as exhaust gas of a lime kiln of a pulp manufacturing plant with calcium hydroxide suspension, which is 0.8-2.5μm in average particle size filler, is used as a filler. As an inner added sizing agent, neutral rosin sizing agent is contained, and Cobb sizing degree wherein 5wt.% of isopropyl alcohol aqueous solution is used is within a range of 10-50g/m<2> by applying surface sizing. |
