PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic capacitor which can be mounted on a wiring board at a low cost and with a high reliability, without having to use solder and with which cracks due to the difference in coefficients of contraction of metals in a dielectric layer and an outer electrode at baking can be prevented effectively. SOLUTION: For the ceramic capacitor, which is formed by forming outer electrodes at the ends of a dielectric block in which inner electrodes are formed, the outer electrodes are adhered to the wiring board via a conductive resin adhesive agent, and the outer electrodes are formed of a material which exhibits Young's modulus of 0.1-20.0 N/m2.
