PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing solid electrolytic capacitor which can simultaneously process a plurality of electrolytic capacitors integrally in a plurality of major manufacturing steps. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing an individual electrolytic capacitor; a valve-function metal powder dispersion is applied on a base film at intervals of a predetermined distance in the form of a nearly rectangular shape, a valve-function metal foil cut into a comb shape is overlapped on one ends of the valve-function metal dispersion applied parts so that comb teeth of the foil are placed on the one ends to overlap therewith, the valve-function metal power dispersion is again applied thereon, an element sheet having the valve-function metal foil sandwiched by the applied valve-function metal power dispersion layer is vacuum-sintered to manufacture an anode element sheet having a plurality of anode elements continuously connected each other, an anode element sheet is mounted to a plurality of batch processing jigs via a holder, and the sheet is subjected to steps of anodizing, forming a solid electrolytic layer, forming a carbon layer, and forming a silver metal layer for every tool unit.
