<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe structure facilitated in maintenance and capable of showing high draining performance for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The drain pipe structure is formed by detachably inserting a resin porous pipe body or a resin porous pipe body wrapped by an non-woven fabric having a diameter shorter than a resin porous drain pipe body, which is integrally formed with a plurality of spiral inside strand layers and a plurality of spiral outside strand layers crossing the inside strand layers, into the resin porous pipe body integrally formed with both the strand layers.
