<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely add the valuable value as the reward for the answer to a questionnaire to the valuable value owned by a member shop, who answered the questionnaire. <P>SOLUTION: The shop system consists of a terminal device 3, a management device 120 and an integrated management device 140. The integrated management device 140 specifies member identification information on the member who answered the distributed questionnaire by a member identification information specifying means 142, and transmits a command to give the valuable value including the specified member identification information to the management device 120.
