PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device capable of supplying a stable amount of lubricating oil in under-raceway lubrication. SOLUTION: Lubricating oil is supplied to a rolling element 10 side through an oil supply port 21 from a bottom part of an annular groove on one end surface of an inner ring 5. A V groove 20 along the peripheral direction is provided at an edge part of a raceway surface 8 of the inner ring, and an opening part 25 of the oil supply port 21 is formed on a first slant surface 20a of the V groove 20. A clearance S is formed between the opening part 25 and a rolling element 10. A gap D in a second slant surface 20b, between the first slant surface 20a and the raceway surface 8 of the inner ring is formed winder than a gap in the first slant surface 20a, between the second slant surface 20b and a part being the part of the periphery of the opening part 25 and closest to the second slant surface 20b.
