An apparatus for correcting crosstalk of a passive matrix OLED device is provided to prevent the reduction of yields by suppressing the characteristic variation of analog circuits. An apparatus for correcting crosstalk of a passive matrix OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a scan driver(110), an image data unit(120), an average calculator(130), a precharge voltage controller(140), a bias controller, a data driver, a driver controller(170), and an OLED panel(180). The scan driver outputs scan signals. The image data unit provides image data. The average calculator receives the image data and calculates an average of data to be applied to scan lines. The precharge voltage controller controls a precharge current level using the average from the average calculator. The bias controller sets current levels of data lines. The data driver outputs driving data for driving the OLED panel by modulating image signal of the image data to PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) driving waveforms. The driver controller controls the data driver to output the driving data through the data driver according to current levels of the data lines and the precharge current level. The OLED panel is driven by scan signals from the scan driver and driving data from the data driver.
