The fixture comprises a push rod device (8) with three adjustment positions which is fitted on a pane or a panel frame. The three positions are for closure (V), rotary opening (D) and tipping opening (K). A pressure eccentric (11) and a bolt hook (10) are connected to the push rod device. A closure piece (14) is arranged on the opening side of the lower cross rail of the window or door frame. The closure piece has a lateral through passage and two connecting pockets (16,17) in the displacement direction of the push rod. The bolt hook, at least in the closure position of the fixture, engages in one of the pockets and in the rotary opening position locates in the area of the lateral through passage of the closure piece. The closure piece in the displacement direction of the push rod on the end side is formed on one side with a pressure recess (23), in which in the closure position of the fixture the pressure eccentric engages.
