PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of the spores of ascospore lactobacillus, when the spores of ascospore lactobacillus are added to a liquid agent, and to utilize the spores of the ascospore lactobacillus for foods and medicines. SOLUTION: This liquid agent containing the spores of ascospore lactobacillus satisfies the following characteristics: (1) containing the spores of Bacillus coagulans in an amount of >=1.0×10<3> spores/ml, (2) having an osmotic pressure of 0.3-1.5 Osmol/kg, and (3) having a pH of 2.7-4.5, and has a spore survival rate of >=1%, after stored at 50 deg.C for 2 weeks. |
