PURPOSE:To correctly measure each vibration in two directions crossing at right angle by one sensor, reduce the dimension and cost of the sensor, and eliminate the erroneous operation due to pyroelectricity. CONSTITUTION:As for a piezoelectric viobration sensor 11 is constituted so the sectional shape in crossing at right angle in the longitudinal direction of a vibrating rod 14 is formed to the shape forming the same shape even in the 90 deg. revolution in a point symmetry, and two piezoelectric bodies 15 and 16 are installed on the side surface of the vibrating rod 14 so as to cross at right angle each other. Further, a piezoelectric type vibration sensor 21 is constituted so that two pairs of piezoelectric bodies 25, 26, 27 and 28 which are opposed in a parallel state are installed on the side surface of a vibrating rod 24 so as to cross at right angle each other. |
