PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common combination step multiple voltage operating circuit device which, being combined with semiconductor switches for controlling a rectification, has a capability to switch a plurality of voltages with a small loss and to output a pulse width modulated(PWM) voltage with a small loss by step rectification and which is simple-structured but can surely operate. SOLUTION: In stead of diodes, semiconductor switches SSU102, SSU103 are connected to battery units U1, U2 to let them perform a PWM operation. Diodes CR102, CR103 are necessary when the semiconductor switches are not inverse voltage protective type, In a range the output voltage is between zero and the unit voltage of the battery unit, a semiconductor switch SSU101 is opened and the semiconductor switches SSU102 and SSU103 perform a PWM operation. The battery units U1 and U2 are parallelly connected. Since shunted current is allowed to flow in each semiconductor switch, a voltage drop in the forward direction and a heat loss are lessened in each switch. |
