摘要 FIELD: manufacture and operation of automatically controlled equipment with pneumatic drive, particularly for mechanism of automatic packaging machine. SUBSTANCE: automatic machine drive has driving unit in the form of one- or two-rotor pneumatic pump with program controlled (according to volume and pressure) supply of compressed air and driven unit that is joined with rod of pneumatic cylinder. Rotor of pneumatic pump of each chamber is rigidly connected with main shaft of machine and it is provided with one or two (in dependance upon complex motion cycle of driven unit) curvilinear surfaces with variable radius changed according to predetermined law of pumping pressure variation. Said surfaces form between walls of chamber and rotor working pressure cavities. In guiding groove of chamber there are one (in single-chamber pump) and two (in double-chamber pump) spring-loaded blades moving towards curvilinear surface of rotor with possibility of shutting off section of working pressure chamber. On cylindrical surface of rotor there are one or two overflow grooves and openings connecting working pressure cavities with atmosphere and having bridge along the whole length of groove or along its part. Said bridge has throttling slit with designed variable cross section for providing predetermined motion law of driven unit and arranged in zone of draining hole of chamber.
