1. A method for improving image quality of an image captured by an electronic device in accordance with an indoor/outdoor status of the electronic device, the electronic device including a first sensor and a second sensor different from the first sensor, the method comprising:
receiving, at the electronic device, sun vector data associated with a position of the sun in the sky; and in response to a first sensor reading received from the first sensor meeting a first threshold and a second sensor reading received from the second sensor meeting a second threshold, automatically adjusting, at the electronic device, one or more camera functions of the electronic device to an outdoor setting.
