PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength by burying a noise electric wave inhibition material and a wear free conductive material and reinforcing resin enclosing a joint of a wear free conductive material into a rotor base, in a captioned rotor electrode assembly connected with a crank shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotor electrode 18 consists of a ferrite 36 as a noise electric wave inhibition material and a wear free conductive material 38 is secured on a rotor base 16. In this making method, small holes of both the materials 36 and 38 are connected with an eyelet 42, the connected electrode 18 is provided on forming dies 50 and 52 and polypropylene resin is extruded so as to enclose the electrode 18. The reinforced electrode 18 is provided on forming dies 54 and 56, the polypropylene resin is extruded so as to form the rotor base 16 and at the same time the rotor electrode 18 is buried into it for fixation. |
