PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design and attain invisibility of an air back door. Part by setting the epidermis provided with a foam layer in a mold and restraining a foam layer for melting loss, even when a base material is molded by injection insert. SOLUTION: A protrusion 52A for forming a groove on a lower mold 52 is formed near a cross direction tear line 36A of an epidermic side tear line 36 along an oblique cut 38. The protrusion 52A formed in the direction of the oblique cut 38 blocks the resin flowing in from the oblique cut 38 direction. Thus the resin 56 flows in the direction opposite to the oblique cut 38 (to the arrow A direction) at an opening 38A of the oblique cut 3 and the resin 56 flowing into a PP foam layer 26B of the three layer epidermic 26 from the opening 38A of the oblique cut 38 can be restrained together with the melting loss of the PP foam layer 26B.
