The clip has a main body (1) with a central hole (2) through which it is fixed to the post. It has two hooked sections on the same side of the main body, on either side of the central hole. The hooks form angled guide channels (7,8) through which one of the metal wires of the panel (11,12) can be inserted and guided into the internal grooves (13,14). The invention may also have two sets of hooks, one set on either side of the central hole. The central hole may be oblong in shape to allow the vertical adjustment of the panels. The distance between the end of the grooves is greater than the width of the flat surface of the post, so that the panels can be rotated in either direction around the axis of the wires.
