PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously conduct a liquid drop delivery operation test over a long period, and to automatically carry out confirmation of defective discharge such as omission of delivery, restoration of the defective discharge, and setting for a voltage waveform for a delivery head. SOLUTION: This testing device for evaluating a liquid drop discharge operation in a discharge head H provided with a liquid filling part communicated with a nozzle, and a discharge means for discharging the liquid in the liquid filling part as a liquid drop in response to the voltage waveform of a driving signal is provided with a liquid drop weight measuring means U2 for measuring a weight of the liquid drop, a discharge velocity measuring means U2 for measuring a velocity of the liquid drop, a discharge precision measuring means U3 for measuring impact precision of the liquid drop, and a discharge omission detecting means U1 for detecting nondischarge of the liquid drop.
