: A pergola structure in a housing complex is provided to cut down on construction expenses by constructing a pergola easily and shortly, to cut off rainwater or sunlight directly after construction, and to take the aesthetic effect by harmonizing with the surroundings of a housing complex. A pergola structure in a housing complex comprises a central post frame(10) installed vertically at the center to cut off rainwater or sunlight, many surrounding post frames(20,20a,20b) installed vertically around the central post frame to cut off rainwater or sunlight, many fastening fixtures(30,30a) fixed to the center of the surrounding post frames, and vegetation frames(40,40a) planted with landscape plants and fixed to the fastening fixtures, wherein umbrella frames(16,28) are installed to the central post frame and the surrounding post frames to cut off rainwater and sunlight.
