TRANSACTION SYSTEM AND ITS TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the troubles occurring due to no confirmation of the work process result by discontinuing reception of the processes other than the work process under execution as long as the preceding process result is not confirmed by a customer. SOLUTION: When a bank host 2 is asked by a customer computer to execute the work processes other than the preceding one that is not confirmed yet, an answer processing means 34 of the host 2 extracts the identification number of the relevant customer from the transmission data and retrieves the result confirmation table of a database 33 to call out the preceding process result. Then the host 2 sends the data to the customer computer to urge confirmation of the preceding process result and also to show that the next work process cannot be executed. The customer computer displays those received data and sends the preceding confirmation process result answer data to the host 2. The host 2 decides that the means 34 has confirmed the corresponding items of the result confirmation table. Thereby, the next work process is never executed before its preceding process is confirmed.
