In the case of deformable sheet-like and three-dimensional structures, there arises the object of achieving, with a simple design and low production outlay, the capacity for pivoting about at least one axis (XX) and a simple lifting and closing of the connection between the structural elements (BE) of the structure. For this purpose, there is arranged between neighbouring structural elements (BE) of the structure a connecting member (VG) with at least one articulation part (GE) which engages around an axis body (GB), located on a structural element, and is pivotably mounted thereon. An easily releasable and latching connection of the structural elements is obtained by means of a resiliently compliant clamping member (KG) on the articulation part (GE). <IMAGE>
