PURPOSE:To simplify the soldering connection of a steel sheet chassis and an electricity conduction wire simply by raising through cutting a connection piece from a steel sheet chassis administered with a surface treatment of non- solderability, and exposing a sheared surface of excellent solderability. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet chassis 1 is equipped with a film on its surface by means of synthetic resin paint, and stamped into a predetermined shape, and then, conducted with a bending information. Also, at the back 12, a connection piece 13 is formed in an inward projection by means of a stamping process and a simultaneous raising through cutting, and is set with a sheared surface of excellent solderability. A core wire of a predetermined length is bared out of one end portion of an electricity conduction wire 5, and wound around the piece 13 as it is welded to the sheared surface. Thus, soldering of the piece 13 and the wire 5 can be executed. |
