PURPOSE:To employ an ink jet system in a label printer applying printing to a label using roll paper constituted by continuously bonding a large number of labels to release paper and to miniaturize the label printer. CONSTITUTION:A printer is equipped with a feed part 65 feeding roll paper 51 to a block 68 having an ink jet printing head, the ink supply part 83 of the head and a recovery unit 78 stabilizing the capacity of the head. A roll paper feed surface is made almost horizontal and the block 68 and the recovery unit 78 are arranged above the roll feed surface and the ink supply part 83 is arranged below. |
