PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a provider for chat service to warn service provision by making it possible to notify a simple menu of article and/or service sale after a connection with the chat service. SOLUTION: Subscribers 12, 14, and 16 dial numbers relating to the chat service. A network 10 connects the subscribers 12 and 14 to a calling processor 18, which bridges the calls of the subscribers mutually. The chat service provider (i.e., entity maintaining a platform 16) prompts a specific subscriber response so as to recommended several chat services of article and/or service sale to the subscribers. A sale host 20 gives the subscribers an advice before the subscribers enter the chat service. Normally, the sale host 20 gives a series of voice advices successively. |
