PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze a specimen containing a plurality of kinds of particles, and remarkably different in the number in every kind, by limited cost and processing capacity. SOLUTION: A first detection and a second detection are carried out for one specimen. Information expressing a configurational feature of each particle is detected, in the first detection, as a signal from a sample solution flowing in a flow cell, by a detection part. Then, an analyzing part analyzes the particle based on the signal. A detection condition for the particle in the second detection is set based on an analytical result therein, the detection part conducts the second detection, and the analyzing part conducts analysis based on a detection signal detected therein.
