PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for easily and appropriately using traffic information associated with past traffic situations. SOLUTION: A storing means 160 stores a congestion prediction table having a plurality of date classification ID to classify predetermined dates and time series data obtained by executing the statistical processing of the past traffic situations associated with those date classification ID by temporal elements in the dates. A memory 170 stores a calendar template in which a plurality of date information showing dates and classification numbers being the same ID number as any one of the date classification ID of the congestion prediction table are configured as one data structure corresponding to the dates shown by those date information.
