A method for distillation of alcoholic brew and purification thereof from organic admixtures provides for heating brew with aqueous-alcoholic vapor from brew column, separation thereof from carbon dioxide, additional concentration of volatile components by rectification, distillation in brew column, condensation of aqueous-alcoholic vapor and subsequent epuration of condensate. Withdrawal and concentration of organic admixtures of brew is performed in two stages - at the stage of decarbonisation and rectification. At that, aqueous-alcoholic vapor after epuration at the stage of decarbonisation is concentrated by rectification, and part of aqueous-alcoholic condensate enriched by organic admixtures is taken off the process at an amount of 0.1-3.0 %, and the rest - in the form of phlegm is returned at the stage of rectification.
