PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the temperature of supply water while preventing frequent start/stop of a heat source machine by supplying hot water of a specified temperature continuously when the set temperatures are satisfied at all air-conditioning parts otherwise setting a different temperature and supplying hot water continuously or intermittently. SOLUTION: When the set temperatures are satisfied at all air-conditioning parts corresponding to all supply systems under operation, hot water of temperature t2 corresponding to a lower load is supplied to all supply systems and a heat source machine is operated continuously. When the set temperature is not satisfied at an air-conditioning part corresponding to any supply system, hot water of temperature t1 corresponding to a higher load is supplied continuously to the air-conditioning part where the set temperature is not satisfied and supplied intermittently to the air-conditioning parts where the set temperature is satisfied and the heat source machine is operated continuously. |
