PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-like food having a good new taste and simultaneously reduce garbage to partially solve environmental problems by recycling broccoli stems and cooking the broccoli stems so as to be relished, wherein the broccoli stems have been discarded as a garbage due to the difficulty of its eating in spite of plentifully containing nutrients and dietary fibers.
