发明名称 PRESSURE-CRUSHING CERAMIC BOARD AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut an electrical conductive path of a wiring conductor on a ceramic substrate provided in a protecting device, when the air pressure rises while providing a pressure-crushing ceramic substrate inside a rechargeable battery by having a wiring conductor formed with electrode parts on both sides thereof, and using a low-temperature burning ceramic capable of producing the generation of distortions due to pressurized burning as a ceramic substrate to be crushed by applying the external pressure to one surface thereof. SOLUTION: An unburned low-temperature burning ceramic green sheet 11, formed by laminating unburned dummy green sheets 12, 13 made of the high-temperature burning ceramic such as aluminum on both surfaces and heating for pressure-welding, is pressurized and burned at about 900 deg.C. The dummy green sheets 12, 13 adhered to both the surfaces are eliminated by the grinding, and a thin ceramic plate 15 having a nearly uniform thickness is formed. A wiring conductor 16 having both side electrode parts 17, 18 is formed in one surface of the ceramic plate 15 through screen printing of the silver paste or the like, and preferably pressurized and while being burned with the ceramic plate 15 at the same time and the step difference of the surface is reduced. The surface and a back surface are easy to be formed with groove, bank, and hole, and the crushing of the ceramic plate 15 becomes positive.
