A blackboard having good uniform surface is manufd. A blackboard base(5) is moved on a conveyer belt(4) and steelmade thin blade(1) which gripped with supporter(2) is set up at regular intervals on upper side of the belt. When the base (5) is moved forwardly, coating material(7) is fed between the blade(1) and the base(5), and the blade(1) press to form uniform thickness and surface of blackboard.
