A process for manufacturing impervious and high strength concrete-like construction materials using hydraulically active brown coal filter ash is novel in that hydraulically active brown coal filter ash is introduced directly for the manufacture of concrete-like construction materials with pretreatment with water when considering its minimum water requirements.
